But for this issue, still, there are no suitable patches still available. For this, we have found some tricks which are working 100% effectively.
For now, the trophies-related issue only can be fixed in 2 ways. One is manual game saving, and the other one is quest restarting. If you will know that completing a particular quest or mission whether it is a main or side quest will unlock a trophy, save your game manually before starting it. So if anything wrong happens like your trophy didn’t unlock and you also cannot replay the quest, then you can simply choose that save point and start your mission again.
