The latest adventure game on the Nintendo platform has been released, Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. It is a direct sequel to the Breath of the Wild story. Explore and progress in your adventure through the mysterious land in the sky and fight with enemies with your abilities.
Now in this game, you need to recruit characters to make your ally. And for this, you will need to find Tulin. This is very familiar in Zelda series games, he is a male character and Rito from this race. Tulin in Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom- Where to find him?

First, you need to start the “Tulin of Rito Village” main story quest. As per the above picture, you need to deploy in this position and have to make your way to this position.
After deploying here, go the forward way. Use your glider and climbing skills and make your way to this hut or house. It is located where a pair of fires is placed.
After reaching this hut or house, you will encounter a character who is Harth. Character Harth will tell you to find the bonfire which is at the mouth of the cave and from there you can find Tulin. Before leaving this hut, collect the resources that can be found over here.
Now after coming out of the house, you will find a stair on your right side. After reaching the top, go forward and then take the right side. Here you will find a campfire.
From this campfire location, make your way to the right side. Go across the long snow path and you can see a flag.
Here, take the right side and keep running. At the end, you will encounter with a character name Verla. Also, at the opposite of Verla, you will find some piece of woods.
With your “Ultrahand” ability skill, attach the flat woods with each other and make a brigde. Grab them one by and attach them with each other. Then carry this bridge to the left side cave and place it over the water to cross it.
When you have crossed it, use your “Ascend” skill to make your way through the cave celling. After you reach out of the cave, you can find this place.
From here, go to this place and then here to reach to the top side as shown in the picture.
After the top of this side, you will finally meet with this Tulin character.
Why Tulin is an important character?
Tulin is a small character but he has Power of Wind. You can see that when the Aura of Tulin is charged, this character can make a stream of wind. For powerfull straingt forward blowing of wind, you can use this opperchunity and make a paragliding with it to reach your destination which cannot be done in normal gliding.
